We retain client information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accurate business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request that we delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related communications from Belamar, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to client information to those who need it to perform their role, and relying on reputable third-party platforms with their own security safeguards for payment processing and scheduling. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your information (subject to legal/record-keeping requirements)
