These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of residential cleaning services provided by Belamar Cleaning LLC ("Belamar," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service with us — online, by phone, or by text — you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Belamar provides residential cleaning services including Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Move In/Move Out Clean, and Post-Construction Clean. The specific scope of each service tier is described on our website and confirmed with you at the time of booking. Final pricing is based on your home's size, condition, and any add-on services requested, and is confirmed with you before your appointment.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by text message. We will confirm your appointment date, time window, and price prior to service.
  • Recurring plans (weekly, biweekly, monthly) may be paused, rescheduled, or canceled at any time by contacting us; no long-term contract is required.

Notice requirement. Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@belamarcleaning.com or by call/text to (407) 308-5749. Voicemails or messages sent directly to individual cleaners do not constitute valid notice.

No-show & lockout policy. If a cleaner arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property — due to no one being home, missing keys, an incorrect entry code, or a secured gate — the visit will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full service charge will apply, plus a $25 lockout fee.

Recurring client policy. Clients on weekly or biweekly recurring plans who skip or cancel a visit may be subject to a $25 surcharge on the following appointment to account for additional cleaning time. If a client cancels 2 or more consecutive visits, their recurring time slot may be released to another client. Clients who cancel more than 3 times within a 90-day period may be required to place a deposit before future bookings are confirmed.

Fee collection. Cancellation fees are collected via the card on file. If payment is not received, Belamar reserves the right to withhold future bookings until any outstanding balance is cleared.

Exceptions & fee waivers. Fee waiver requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the cancelled appointment to info@belamarcleaning.com or (407) 308-5749. Waivers are granted at Belamar's sole discretion and may be considered for circumstances such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or extreme weather.

3. Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled appointment time, whether by being present, providing a lockbox or keypad code, or arranging a key exchange. Belamar is not responsible for delays or missed appointments caused by an inability to access the property. Any access information you provide (codes, keys, gate instructions) is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing your scheduled service.

4. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Belamar stands behind every clean. If you feel any part of your service was missed or did not meet expectations, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to address the specific concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the scope of service originally booked and does not cover items or areas outside that scope.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is provided as an estimate based on information you provide (home size, condition, service type) and is confirmed as a final quote before your appointment.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or provided by our booking system.
  • For recurring service plans, a card may be kept on file and charged automatically following each completed appointment, unless alternative arrangements are made.
  • Promotional discounts (such as a first-clean discount) are subject to the terms stated at the time the offer is presented and may require enrollment in a recurring plan to qualify.

6. What's Not Included

Unless specifically added to your service, the following are not included in standard cleaning appointments: laundry, dishes, exterior windows, heavy carpet/upholstery shampooing, mold remediation, pest issues, or hazardous material cleanup. If our team encounters conditions requiring specialized service (e.g., biohazards, significant pest activity, structural damage), we reserve the right to decline that portion of the work and notify you.

7. Liability

Belamar Cleaning LLC maintains general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and address the issue. Belamar is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or the condition of items not properly secured or disclosed prior to service (e.g., loose fixtures, unstable items, fragile heirlooms not flagged in advance).

8. Pets & Household Members

Please let us know about any pets in the home prior to your appointment. For the safety of our cleaning professionals and your pets, we ask that aggressive or anxious pets be secured during the appointment.

9. Independent Contractors

Cleaning services may be performed by trained independent contractors working with Belamar Cleaning LLC. All individuals providing service on our behalf are expected to follow Belamar's standards for conduct, professionalism, and quality.

10. Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages and calls from Belamar (confirmations, reminders, and service updates). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.

11. Client Acknowledgement

By booking a cleaning service with Belamar, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation and rescheduling terms in Section 2. Continued use of Belamar's services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms communicated by Belamar.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
